Importance of Volunteering
As part of the effort to educate about community volunteering. We believe in conducting volunteering events in companies
The volunteers who participated will return to their families and tell their children about their volunteering at work
This will encourage the children to think about volunteering and arouse their desire to try volunteering themselves
The volunteering companies and their contributions help us subsidize activities for children in the community
Often in various projects, adults in companies complete the volunteering of children or make preparations for children's volunteering
Example
In the Giant Dolls project – adults build the dolls and the volunteering children in the community can prepare accessories to decorate the doll to suit a specific event
Example
In the Rolling Costumes project – the children made thousands of fish from various materials and in a particularly large event, IBM employees assembled these fish into particularly empowering costumes that were donated to several institutions
