The Surprise Train
where?
The activity is also suitable as an employee bonding event, employee volunteering, and even as a family event in the company that includes hosting children. The location of the activity is flexible – it can be an activity in the office, or when going out for an activity such as a trip or even to the pool/s as a continuous activity on the same day.
What are you preparing?
In the project we will prepare a luxurious surprise train – the locomotive on a wagon (size depending on where it is donated) and wearable carriages with interchangeable panels. We will also prepare accessories to stick on the train
This is an exciting and fun workshop, people leave with sparkling eyes.
The great wealth of materials, and the large number of types of creations that can be made make the experience interesting and allow for personal expression. At an event with children, we encourage the children to also make a souvenir for themselves, there is a ceremony of certificates and medals that enrich the experience.
Often the connection created does not stop after the workshop since the children can interest the kindergartens and schools to participate for free after the event
To whom?
The train is given as a gift mainly to special education institutions and non-profit organizations that need it to make the events they create more joyful and enriching and make them interactive and empowering for children in special education.
If the company has a connection with an institution near it – we can check the donation of such a doll to this institution. (And if not, we have a waiting list)
Why and the impact?
The role of the train is not for beauty! Rather, it turns the children in the institution into full partners and empowers them. The children lead the train and wear the carriages. Before the event, they prepare accessories that can be glued to the train, thus designing it according to the event being celebrated.
In the special education institution to which we will donate such a train, many celebrations are held.
The role of the train is to empower the children and their sense of belonging as activists and partners, their personal connection to it by allowing them to make and those who cannot make choose an accessory and stick it on the train. This creates great joy and employment for a real purpose.
Double impact: Beyond subsidizing the dolls and materials for creation, the company's volunteering allows for a double impact in that the same train will enable volunteering by many more children throughout the country, in that children throughout the country prepare the surprises that are distributed on the Surprise Train, and in essence the company contributes to the project's goal twice – and helps subsidize the education for volunteering among children.
Cost - quantity and what actually happens
You only need to worry about tables with tablecloths and chairs – we bring everything else.

Northern Border Craft Kits
How many people and where?
The activity is also suitable as a relatively large employee volunteer event (possibly 70-100 together) or smaller, with the activity taking place in the office.
What is being prepared?
In the project, we will prepare craft kits – cut out stickers, prepare origami examples – dolls and bookmarks, prepare the booklets and package everything together.
For whom?
Kits are provided during the emergency to the front line where there are constant alarms. If the emergency period is extended, we will be happy to distribute to the entire country.
After the emergency period, kits will be distributed to children in need, shelters for battered women with children, and other places where children need to be empowered and allowed to volunteer.
Why and the impact?
In giving an assessment, we do not spare money on craft materials. This is only a small and less significant part of the project.
The importance of the project is that the assessments allow children to volunteer.
And thus to empower them as givers and not just recipients, the children will prepare works of art on a voluntary basis to distribute to hospitals and special education institutions (as part of the Surprise Train).
Volunteering at a young age helps develop self-confidence, mental resilience and leadership skills, and beyond that, young age is the time when values are built, so it is important to create opportunities to volunteer.
We are essentially influencing the future generation at the right time for maximum impact

Rolling Costumes
How many people and where?
The project was held in the months before Purim, in 2026 Purim is celebrated early and therefore mid-December to mid-February and there are not many places for companies., So it is worth booking a place well in advance.
Employee volunteering workshop within the framework of corporate responsibility at the company's offices.
The workshop is suitable for up to 40 participants.
You can book a double workshop on the same day.
What are you preparing?
We are the largest project in the world in this field. The project has existed since 2019. The association was actually born from the project volunteers. We have made many hundreds of costumes so far, in 2025 we made more than 250 wheelchair costumes.
Employee volunteering is conducted in groups around a table, it can be on a specific costume that the child has requested.
Or as a group costume that a disability institution has requested.
To whom?
We are a long-standing and well-known project that independently registers parents from all over the country with a request for customized costumes (free of charge). In addition, we adopt schools and institutions for children with disabilities and mixed institutions for children and adults.
Why and the impact
The idea of the project is to turn a disadvantage into an advantage, thanks to the accessory (wheelchair/walker) the costume is more impressive and empowers the child.
The impact is twofold: Beyond the costume itself empowering the children, volunteering allows us to subsidize activities for children and also on a practical level – many of the costumes include the help of volunteer workers turning the children's volunteering in creating the accessories into a perfect costume, thus enabling the instillation of values in young children and creating a long-term impact.
Cost and what actually happens?
You bring tables and chairs (if there is amplification and a place for a presentation – if not, that's fine too) and we do the rest
A two-hour workshop for up to 40 participants at a cost of 7,000 shekels (this project is more expensive than our other projects)
2 consecutive workshops with an hour break between them (up to 80 participants in both) 10,000 shekels
We have the option of providing Section 46 of the Income Tax Act – a donation credit for those who do employee matching
Professional volunteering
Professional volunteering
We need professional remote volunteers in the fields of programming and design, translations, social networks and even voice recording, and even business marketing consulting. Also, help by being a collection point for children's volunteer products and help with transportation – in transferring packages such as wheelchair costumes, surprise trains and volunteer products will help us a lot.
Free Zoom meeting for parents
We would be happy to do a Zoom meeting with your employees, and tell them how they can engage their children in simple volunteering at home, or in the educational setting.
It's WIN WIN WIN, we care about the well-being of you, the community, in creating a lecture, we earn by increasing the number of children who volunteer, this is our goal, the parents earn the opportunity to act in a narrow window of opportunity to influence the building of values, the development of self-confidence and leadership skills, and create long-term
How easy it is to invest in this "stock" today in the narrow window of opportunity – a stock that is a guaranteed profit for all of us
Additional projects
We have other possible projects and collaborations with associations and organizations.
Such as community flowers – creating flowers for the elderly, origami kits – for hospitals, decorating institutions and nursing homes, and more…
Games for toddlers with blindness - temporarily inhold
Quality check - the workshop is being re-evaluated.
A workshop in professional collaboration with the Elie Association
After the success of the workshop and the production of products – we are in the stage of quality testing and deciding what to improve with the children
Therefore, at this stage the workshop will not continue in its current format until after receiving professional recommendations on how to improve usability
How many people and where?
The project is suitable for both team building days and as a workshop for employee volunteering within the framework of corporate responsibility.
Held in offices or at a location that hosts you for team building.
The workshop is suitable for up to 40 participants.
You can book a double workshop on the same day.
What are you preparing?
Employees will have many choices between different types of preparation, and an opportunity for creativity and personal expression.
We will prepare light boxes in groups (a device that helps with partial blindness in a dark room), we will draw transparencies suitable for an experiential game like the photo in the example where faces are matched, we will draw transparencies for stories.
In addition, there will be the possibility of preparing tactile cards for games like the memory game, and special tactile magnets that can be prepared as a puzzle for the refrigerator.
People leave the workshop with excitement, sparkling eyes and a feeling of value
To whom?
The games will be transferred to the Elia Association, which has many kindergartens, and they will distribute the games to parents, directly to parents who contact us, and to other educational institutions for the blind. The boxes will allow parents to play in a dark room at home as well, and not just in the kindergarten room.
Why and the impact
There is a real need for games for toddlers and young children with partial and complete blindness. There is simply a lack of such games.
And we were asked by the Alia Association to create solutions, the games will allow for more than just fun, but also a developmental tool, such as the facial feature matching game.

How do we do it ?
Through a unique program of enjoyment and personalization
Fun and Volunteering
We believe it's possible to combine experiences and enjoyment with volunteering – this is important
We have experience in workshops that encourage creativity, even in places where volunteers are sure they are not creative and are afraid of it, but then they discover their ability and the joy that comes from this discovery
experience
We have experience in conducting dozens of volunteering events and workshops
From Haifa to Kiryat Gat, and we would be happy to come to you as well
Partial list of companies we have conducted workshops for: Intel, Open Text, Apple, Applied Materials, Arincs, General Motors, Microsoft, Nova, Verint, My Heritage, Radware, HP, IBM, WIX, and more
Large and Double Impact
The volunteering itself and your help in raising a project that will assist whether it's for children with blindness, children in wheelchairs, and more
Your volunteering complements the children's volunteering in the community, thus allowing us to enable more children to volunteer, which is actually the purpose of the association
Flexibility
After many workshops and events we have conducted, we learned about the and also about the importance of preparation in advance for adapting to the company's needs importance of flexibility Therefore, we have the ability to be flexible and to tailor activities to the number of employees from 10 to 150 per project Consideration of the needs of the place where the meeting is held
For example: in a hall with a carpet, we adapt without using glue and pain
We are an initiative of the erezir association – we have section 46 for income tax for donation purposes and proper management by virtue of this
